Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stratava IS platform (“Service”) provided by Stratava Consulting Group (“Stratava”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

3. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as separately agreed in writing.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service; we process it only as necessary to provide the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service, including its software, design, documentation, and trademarks, are owned by Stratava Consulting Group. No license is granted beyond the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stratava is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes and require re-acceptance before continued use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
