This Privacy Policy describes how Stratava Consulting Group (“Stratava”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Stratava IS platform (“Service”).

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: your name, email address, and credentials provided at registration.
  • Organization data: contacts, cases, billing records, and other information you and your team enter into the Service.
  • Usage data: log data, IP addresses, browser type and version, pages visited, and actions taken within the Service.
  • Payment data: we do not store card numbers or sensitive payment credentials; all payments are processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy.

    • 2. How We Use Your Information

    We use your information to: provide and continuously improve the Service; authenticate and authorize users; send transactional, operational, and support communications; detect and prevent fraud or misuse; and comply with legal obligations.

    3. Data Sharing

    We do not sell your personal data. We share data with third-party service providers (such as Supabase, Stripe, and Resend) only to the extent strictly necessary to operate the Service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

    4. Data Retention

    We retain your data for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide the Service, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below.

    5. Security

    We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS), role-based access controls, and row-level security policies.

    6. Your Rights

    The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
